Q. What are your payment methods available?
A. Energymagic.com.au accepts paypal, cheques, and telegraphic transfers.

Q. Can I have the tracking number for my shipment?
A. Yes. If you are purchasing from within Australia you will receive a Register Post tracking number from Australia Post via email once you place your order. If purchasing from outside Australia, and you choose to ship via Express Courier International you will receive your tracking number via email once your order is placed.
Q. What is the difference between Registered Post International and Express Courier International?
A. Registered Post International is delivered usually within 3-10 working days. Article has a unique identification number which provides proof of posting.
Express Courier International is delivered usually within 3-5 working days. Article has a tracking number and you can check on website how close your article is.
Q. Will there be any customs charges/duties?
A. When ordering from energymagic.com.au, you are considered the ‘Importer of Record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may need to pay to customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes, charged by your country once the shipment reaches you. Energymagic.com.au has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Q. My print is faulty or was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
A. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item from Energy Magic, please email a picture of the problem to lucy@energymagic.com.au and we will arrange a replacement.
Q. I need a printed receipt for my records and/or for customs clearance.
A. A printer friendly version of your order contents is available at the time of finalising your order through Paypal. If you have already completed your order and wish to print another copy of the invoice please login to Paypal and find your order to arrange another copy.
